What are your questions and are they about Odido mobile or Odido thuis?

Yesterday I ordered an iPhone 14 pro with a subscription and paid the first fee and today I have an email that the order is canceled

Could you check this once more on this page?

If it is indeed cancelled you should receive your money back in 14 days, have they mentioned a reason?

Via this form you can get to know why it was cancelled.

But why cancelled what is the reason
