eSIM cannot be activated

Hello. I ordered to switch to eSIM. After scanning the QR code and after waiting for some time, I got an error saying that activation failed. My physical SIM still works but the eSIM shows - “No service”.

You can visit a Odido shop and my colleagues will look into this and make sure the eSim is activated. Please bring your ID so they can help you. 

Hi. Yes, I activated the eSIM in the account. But the activation failed.

Heb je de eSIM al geactiveerd in je Odido account?

Anders zou je het beste langs een Odido winkel kunnen gaan, daar kunnen ze je direct verder helpen.
