SIM card blocked

I paid an outstanding invoice a few days ago (received a confirmation email too) but the block hasn’t been lifted and unfortunately I can't access the Odido app or any other service due to it needing an SMS verification code. I can’t seem to reach customer service on any other platform so hopefully I can get some help here on how to get my card unblocked.

When you are blocked then the total amount which is not paid has to be paid. Have you paid via iDeal? Have you allready restarted your phone?

Hi! Yes, I’ve paid via iDeal and gotten a confirmation email of the payment. I have also restarted my phone a few times since then but nothing has worked.

iDEAL payments should be processed within an hour.

I see my colleague already helped you on Facebook and your barrings have been lifted. You are able to use your sim card again. I hope everything works sufficiently!
