Hi,

 

I have a slow 5G connection from Odido .. any advice?

Here is the coverage map of Odido. So you can see what to expect on that location. If you want to report a problem on a specific location, you can use the “probleem melding”button on that website. What phone are you using, and is it indeed a specific spot or you see this “everywhere”?

 

Hi Eric, thanks for your response and for sharing that link - I reported an issue using that website.

It’s always around my home area, I have iPhone 12 pro max 5G - the signal is always 2 or 1 out of 4. (Mostly 2) Not sure if this might be the reason.

Hi, do you use a thick phone case? Is this inside or outside your house? 

Because of isolation in your house it is possible the network connection is slower.
