I’ve ordered a new installation on a new address, just a few days ago. However, despite saying in the emails that I can check the status of the order, when login in, I can’t even see that I have ordered something. I have the pdf generated after my order, an order number and obviously a client number.
Unfortunately because I’m still in the process of moving, T-Mobile support number doesn’t work abroad. Is there any other way of fixing this? All I want to know is if the order has gone through and if there’s an estimation of when someone will install everything.
