Fiber Optic Internet

Hello,

 

I applied for home internet on 21.09.2023. My order number is below.

 

201143766

 

A few days ago I scheduled the installation for 04.10.2023 but the service came 1 hour after the scheduled time. As I m working in business days I had already left my apartment by the time the service arrived. The service reached me by phone and said they will come on 05.10.2023 early in the morning and we agreed on that. But after that nobody came and called me.

 

Also, today I recieved an email from internet.service@odido.nl stating that the installation of fiber optic is will be started in my neighbourhood soon. By the time I applied for fiber optic internet I was informed that fiber optic is available in my address. But now receive the information that it is not available yet. I am totally confused about your services.

 

Could please help me with this issues?
