In August I left my request for fiber optic connection in Zaandam with planned delivery in October. I haven’t heard any updates since then - I even didn’t receive any cancellation notice of scheduled visit in October. I know that KPN is installing fiber optic in my building and they already switching people to that.
I’ve tried to contact customer support without any success, so I’m asking here - are there any updates about my request and why T-mobile cannot communicate them?
