initial fiber setup

Hello,

I subscribed to t-mobile almost one month ago, and still no news about a possible fiber installation at home. Support team told me it will likely take a long time, without knowing how many weeks.

I am unable to contact support team by phone as I don’t speak NL. I was wondering whether t-mobile could provide an unlimited 4G hotspot while waiting for the installation. It is particularly important for me as I work from home.

I also don’t know how to contact them another way, the chat seems always busy.

Hello @wdauchy 

Looks like T-Mobile is waiting for KPN to make the fiber connection ready for use or they haven't contacted KPN yet.

Normally the unlimited vouchers are given to customers who are facing problems but you are not yet a customer, I hope this gets sorted soon and maybe they'll give you a voucher.
