Terrible service from Odido

We have had an Odido connection and are moving to a new apartment where there is KPN fibre optic. Odido forced us to remain with them and we placed a new order in January to set it up on 19 Feb. It has been 10 days now and there has been no success. If we call Odido they ask us to call KPN and we stay on the line for hours. It has been a painful process. I called up customer service this morning and they say they can't help us and the backend team is looking into it but can't commit a resolution date. Now, we can't move to the new apartment and are paying rent in two places without any success. With 5 family members using Internet and working from home, it is just impossible to move with no connection. Is there a way to cancel this order and move to KPN? Can I request someone's urgent attention to resolve this or help move to KPN?

Hello @chandraprakasha 

Are you still within your conteact period on your current address? Only if you are still within the 1 year contract period than you'll have to move Odido internet with you.

If the issue can't be resolved soon you can pay for the remaining months at your current address and cancel your subscription, the subscription at your new address can be cancelled anytime because the contract has not started yet.
