I want to order home internet but could not find house address suffix available .

it is available for address 36 - a/b while I want for c.

It is same buidling and available for other providers.

I had been trying to call your call center for few days but it kept me wating in line for 20 min. without response of sales person.

It is ridiculous, impossible to contact them by call or any channel. no any response at all.

not even any technical issue, I was just trying to order but seem like nobodys want to sell.

I hope you guys a good of luck being their customers.

Hi @KWirat21, sorry for my late response. I'm back at work today. I checked it immediately and I cannot indeed find a connection for addition C. I do see that it is indicated that there are two connections at number 36. One for the shop, I suspect this is downstairs and one for upstairs. Is this of more use to you? Greetings, Ishana
