Few days ago i started new subscription, but i changed my mind and want to cancel it
Hi Pikaksa, welcome to our Community! Not fun to see that you'd like to cancel your subscription. Is something wrong?
- If your subscription started within 14 days and you ordered a device with it, you can cancel your subscription through the return procdure.
- If your subscription started longer than 14 days ago, you can cancel it online via Mijn Odido.
- Did you order a Sim Only subscription? Please call 1200 and we will fix it for you right away.
