eSIM is not activated or not working

Hi,

 

Few days ago I got an Iphone 13 Pro and decided to convert my sim to E-sim.

I got the QR code for the E-sim, scanned it, waited 5 minutes and then it says that the setup is done.

However, after removing the sim card I had no service.

Tried checking again the QR and setup instructions but that doesn't show anymore on MyOdido. I only have an option to purchase the E-sim again and I get the error if I try to do so.

From what I read on other topics, you can only scan the QR once so that's explains why it is not showing up.

Is there a part of the setup that I missed? I also let the sim for 30mins after the activation of the e-sim in the phone.

Help is highly appreciated as I would need “dual sim” on my phone right now.

Hey Criss, welcome to our Community! Awesome that you got an iPhone 13 Pro! According to my system there is an eSIM active right now, and I see that you talked to my colleague yesterday about visiting one of our shops, because she got an error trying to activate it. Did you stop by at the shop already and did they succeed in activating your eSIM? If not, please let me know - I'm happy to help you further! 😄
