I accidentally cancelled my Mobile Phone subscription at Odido. How to undo this?

Hi, I wanted to cancel my home internet subscription be cause I am moving home, but I accidentally cancelled my mobile phone subscription! Odido sent me a confirmation mail that my mobile phone number will be terminated 26 Feb. How can I undo this? I really don’t want to lose my phone number.

Hello @hoongster, welcome to our Community, I am happy to help you with this! It can always happen that you do something by accident. Don't worry, I'm happy to fix this for you. I searched right away and if it's correct it's about number ending in ***993, is that correct? I do see a cancellation in it, but it has been cancelled. Have you already had contact with a colleague and did he or she take care of it for you? 

Anyway, the cancellation for your mobile subscription has been cancelled. If there is anything else I can do for you, feel free to let me know!
