Hi all, it seems its my turn to get this issue. Like another post in this community, is there any way to speed up the process to fix?

Issue obviously not on my home side, it is local exhange to my home.

Ill call customer service when they wake up for temporary solution.

There is an issue in the region of Den Haag and Ypenburg, if you live somewhere else can you check your T-Mobile thuis account under storingen if there is an issue mentioned there?

Which lights are on, off or blinking on the mediaconverter and is the internet cable going to the WAN port of the router?
