Complaint about Odido Shop worker

Today I had a problem with the female employee who works at the Kalverstraat Amsterdam store. When I told her that I need some time to think of the offer and I don't want to subscribe today she was so rude to me. She almost kicked me out of the store. I am shocked honestly. If I experience this type of service while I'm trying to become a customer how am I gonna be treated later.
