[Opgelost] Problemen met mobiel internet 21-2-2022

Ook hier dezelfde problemen. Echter met Mobiel internet (4G/5G) als ook met vast internet via glasvezel (hier loopt al een service call). Weet niet of deze 2 problemen met elkaar van doen hebben.

Ik had net even verbinding, leek het, maar wel met een ping van 536ms (aldus SpeedTest). Maar er lijkt dus verbetering te zijn.

Shoot….was working fine this morning. And suddenly but I'm already happy it’s not my material that's to blame. But since this afternoon, no internet and can only open a few websites. I’ve tried to connect to my workphone with bluetooth (keeps throwing me out), so that’s not working either. So I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it will be sorted soon. Good luck to everyone at the service center.

 

To everyone that's having problems...stay calm and blame it on the weather as we dutchies like to do anyways.

14:00 De oorzaak is bekend. We zijn hard aan het werk om het zo snel mogelijk op te lossen. Sorry voor het ongemak. Updates blijven we hier delen.

How unsurprising: every week I experience a different problem with T-Mobile NL. I thought I was the only one without 4G right now, but it seems everyone has this problem.

Don’t try and call Klantenservice, they are busy and will not answer. I hope this gets fixed as soon as possible, we are paying customers and we rely on our acces to services like mobile data.

I've never experienced problems with T-mobile so give them some time to solve the problem. Maybe something going on with a storm today…

Maybe I am just unlucky with mobile carriers in general…

But yes, the storm was pretty ugly so I was kind of expecting some sort of problem with telecommunication services. I suppose they are doing their best to solve the issue and I hope they will be succesful :)

Hier ook problemen. 5G op zich werkt, krijg ook gewoon Whatsapp berichten binnen, maar kan verder niets. Geen enkele website opent, de T-Mobile app werkt niet en ik kan ook geen speedtest starten.

Dit dus. Prima whatsapp video verbinding, maar alle toegang en communicatie met sites ligt plat, lekker werken zo.

Normaal geen problemen met t-mobile altijd snel en zonder problemen maar vandaag helaas

Yeah, I did not say anything about that. I was just trying to encourage people to not contact support since that will only further overload their lines :)

Bij mij in Leeuwarden zijn er ook problemen.
Precies wat @mjepson zegt.

Evt ter info: postcode gebied 2545 wel streepjes van 4G (en 3G) bereik, maar geen dataverkeer mogelijk.

Internet met 5G valt wel vaak uit, WhatsApp doet het wel

Overal in NL storingen dus. Zal wel DNS zijn.. of een boom op een datacenter gevallen...

Regio Katwijk ook problemen, kan nu niet meer werken thuis. :(

Los het internetprobleem op, betaal hier gvd 50 euro voor per maand

DNS weer kapot. geef dan meteen alternatief zodat wij niet hoeven zoeken
