Roaming outside of EU

Hi all,

 

From the beginning of using Tele2, I cannot use Roaming service in outside if EU. Even though now service name is changed to Odido, still symptom is same. The Roaming is enabled in my cellphone but no signal detected at all. 
 

Can someone advise me who has same experience?

Hello @toucan 

Please check here with which provider you can connect, restarting your phone can also help.

Make sure roaming and mobile data (if needed) is enabled.

Have you checked your barrings in your Odido account?

If you have an unpaid invoice or a betalingsregeling than you'll have a barring for use outside NL.

Ik heb de simkaart naar andere telefoons verplaatst.

Hello @toucan Welcome to our Community, I am happy to help you! I took a look at your account right away and I saw a block for Roaming on your number. I removed this block for you right away. Just give the system half an hour and then restart your device. Then it should work!
