Hi, I've been in the UK for a couple of weeks now and my SIM is completely blocked. I can't even receive texts or calls. I understand if I can't make them here but I should be able to receive them at least. Please help

Hi Rebecca, being in the UK sounds great! However, you should be connected there. I see there has been a barring on international roaming on your account. I removed this for you, so you should be able to connect to these networks in the UK: Orange, Telefonica and Three. Please let me know if it works now (could take a few minutes)! 😄
