Ik kan mijn telefoon al ophalen in de winkel! Heb de natural 128GB. Vrijdag bestelt rond 15:00. 
 

Ben momenteel in het buitenland en maak geen gebruik van mijn Nederlandse simkaart (krijg dus geen telefoontjes/sms’jes binnen). Was bang dat ik het telefoontje of sms’je misliep. Gister gebeld naar het filiaal en die gaven aan mij inderdaad gebeld te hebben dat mijn telefoon klaarligt. Kan deze ophalen wanneer ik terug ben van vakantie. Ik zat dus bij de eerste batch :). Denk ook dat het meehielp dat ik in een kleinere stad woon waardoor er minder mensen op de wachtlijst staan dus je kans dan groter is om bij de eerste batch te zitten? Ik ben ieder geval blij!

I am so disappointed, this was the first and last time with odido. Bought it on 15th Sep at 2:30pm, paid and never got any feedback at all, only 1 ridiculous label: payment successful! I had to call them to be sure my order actually went through. Anyways, bought the same phone for my wife at the Vodafone website at 2:40pm and a week after (23th Sep) she received her phone. This only shows the unprofessionalism of odido, never fulfill their promises, and to get even worst they keep changing the delivery date. First they said: we’ll sent your phone after your payment. Now changed to until 22nd. Now after 22nd. And lately after 4 to 6 weeks. This is ridiculous, I wish I could cancel everything, get my money back and buy it somewhere else, but unfortunately it’s not even possible. Even this I can’t do it. I hope I can get it before Christmas!!!!

Belachelijk... Begrijp me niet verkeerd ik vind 't hartstikke fijn voor je.. 

Maar ik heb vrijdag om 14:15 besteld(precies de zelfde telefoon) , heb nog steeds niks en geen indicatie wanneer ik 'm in de winkel kan ophalen..

Die hele text met "wie eerst besteld krijgt 'm ook eerder" is complete nonsens. 

Bijhoorlijk oneerlijk... 

 

Nogmaals geniet van je nieuwe iPhone :)

Bedoel je Pro Max 255GB, of een ander type met 128GB?

Dus betekent dit dat ze dinsdag wel weer een nieuwe batch krijgen? Zoveel onduidelijkheid. Lijkt me sowieso sterk dat ze pas over 3/4 weken een eerste nieuwe levering zouden krijgen. Hoop dan dat dit een soort bevestiging was dat er aankomende week een nieuwe lading binnen komt.

hoe weet jij dat je nummer 1 in de lijst bent?

Nummer 1 in de lijst van deze specifieke odido winkel.. Ik heb 'm besteld met afhalen in de winkel(roermond)

 

Medewerker vertelde mij na het bekijken van hun lijst dat ik helemaal boven aan sta, dus als eerste gebeld zou gaan worden.

I see comments from people to behave, as this is only a phone. I agree. However, I paid a substantial amount of money to have an opportunity to get the phone EARLIER. What I received from Odido, was ZERO communication and less than zero clarity on when and why. So, I think it’s okay to be annoyed at messages like “to avoid disappointment, expect it in 6 weeks”. I think they really failed me in avoiding disappointment. 

If not this forum here, I would be calling them day and night.

What I received from Odido, was ZERO communication and less than zero clarity on when and why. So, I think it’s okay to be annoyed at messages like “to avoid disappointment, expect it in 6 weeks”. I think they really failed me in avoiding disappointment. 

If not this forum here, I would be calling them day and night. 

 

You are talking about your order like you paid MORE than others. Just because you PRE ORDERD it doesn’t mean that your order is guaranteed for delivery the next day. If there is 100k pre orders and there is 10k phones on stock how can they ship it? Problem is Apple they didn’t make enough for the demand. Also every shop or carrier cant deliver the phones.

I am not going to imagine things I don’t know.

Firstly, my point in the first place was about the communication provided by Odido. 

Secondly, I am now tracking a few websites, which expect pro max in 2-3 weeks instead of 4-6. Thus, if they do have them in stock earlier than I receive mine here, i will cancel my order. And again, mostly because of the absence of any update. 

Again, I don’t know how it goes, but I see this process as, ordering 500 phones from apple, and receiving 1000 orders; here, you already know that there will be at least 500 unsatisfied customers. Send them an email.

Well I’ve got an SMS in which they say that my order will be shipping later. Anyways canceling order means you get back in the line if you change your mind.

6 tot 8 week? Dus het betekent dat ondanks de pre order op de 15e je nog langer moet wachten dan eerst voorspeld was met 4 tot 6 week?

If you order right now on Apple website, it will takes 6-8weeks. Makesense. But here at Odido for purchase on 15/9 at 2pm for pro max 259gb NT get the same delivery waiting time? Come on Odido.
