FAQ

Hoe kan het dat de leverdatum ineens verlaat is?

We proberen de leverdatum van je toestel zo nauwkeurig mogelijk te voorspellen. Het kan echter zo zijn dat ineens heel veel mensen hetzelfde toestel willen. Hierdoor duurt het langer voor we de toestellen bij iedereen geleverd krijgen.

 

Iemand die ik ken heeft het toestel al ontvangen, terwijl hij later besteld heeft. Hoe kan dit?

Onze regel is: bestel je de iPhone eerder, dan krijg je de iPhone ook eerder. Maar als bijvoorbeeld een bepaalde kleur enorm populair is, dan is een andere kleur sneller te leveren door ons. Zelfs als deze later besteld is.

 

Ik heb per ongeluk de verkeerde kleur/geheugencapaciteit besteld, kan ik dit nog wijzigen?

Je bestelling wijzigen kan helaas niet, omdat we jouw toestelkeuze hebben vastgelegd. Je bestelling annuleren en opnieuw plaatsen kan altijd, maar dan kom je wel achteraan de wachtrij te staan. Controleer je bestelling dus goed!

  • Order numbers are indeed not only for iPhone orders, also Sim Only and every other order and phone as well. It doesn't give you a clear indication of your number in the waiting list
  • We also don't have a waiting list available. If we had it, I'd love to give every single one of you the best indication I could give you
  • Every time there's a change in delivery time, we update our iPhone topics. Some days you don't see an update, the one and only reason for this is; there is no update/change
  • Sometimes there's only an update for a specific model or even color or memory variant. In that case we only update the date and time in that specific topic. (It's a good thing if you don't see a change)
  • Stay Connected is indeed the name we use. You can be thrilled when you see that name! 
  • If you haven't received an e-mail, SMS, Track & Trace or been contacted by AMP for a delivery appointment, your phone is not with us yet.

I don’t think sim lock is not done by any provider anymore. It’s outdated.

Wat Marciano zegt zal misschien dichter bij de waarheid liggen, hij werkt tenslotte voor Odido en ik niet.

Hello. Slightly off topic but is the iPhone 15 pro max bought here with mobile subscription sim locked? Thanks. 

My iphone 13 pm and 14 pm are both simlock free. As someone said, i think simlock is outdated here. But if Odido decides to put a simlock on it (which would be stupid) they need to give you a code after 1 year to remove the simlock. Every provider in the Netherlands needs to do this, not only odido.

Klopt het dan met wat jij zegt dat ik over 2 weken vanaf nu mijn toestel kan verwachten?

Klopt het toevallig ook dat de pro max toestellen gewoon willekeuring worden verstuurd naar iedereen die bijvoorbeeld de zwarte hebben besteld of blijft dat wel echt op “volgorde” verstuurd worden naar iedereen?

Customers who ordered that specific phone on 16-09 or later, the new 4-5 weeks apply. Keep the initial delivery time in mind for your own order. Did the Besteldatum and delivery time both change? For example; 15-09 with 4-5 weeks? In that case that means you can now assume that your delivery time has been delayed to 4-5 weeks.

Klopt het dan met wat jij zegt dat ik over 2 weken vanaf nu mijn toestel kan verwachten? 

Nee, voor alle bestellingen vanaf 15-09 geldt in principe 6-8 weken. Alleen als ze naast de levertijd ook de besteldatum aanpassen dan geldt de oude indicatie voor alle orders die voor die datum zijn geplaatst.

oke dan ben ik helemaal de kluts kwijt.. hoeveel weken moet ik nu nog aan denken vanaf 18 sept dat ik heb besteld?? Zit er wel een kans in dat die eind oktober wel sowieso binnen is?

 

Ik denk zelf dat als je niet op de 15e of 16e hebt besteld het eerder november gaat worden... Tenzij Apple ineens enorm veel voorraad stuurt naar odido.. Maar lijkt me sterk

Ik heb mijn 15 pro max NT 256gb op 15 september om zo’n 15.00uur besteld. Ik heb er voor gekozen om deze in de winkel te laten bezorgen in Amsterdam. Dinsdag heb ik gebeld met de vraag of deze misschien al binnen was gekomen, helaas was dit nog niet het geval. De verkoper gaf wel aan dat hij wel het vermoeden had dat de telefoon deze week misschien wel binnen zou kunnen komen.

Hij gaf daarbij ook aan dat hij meerdere leveringen in de week krijgt en dat het voor kan komen dat een persoon ineens, in plaats van een 256gb model, een 512gb model wilt hebben. Als dat het geval is schuift het model op naar de volgende persoon in de bestelrij die er een had aangevraagd.

Uiteraard is het voor hem ook geen zekerheid dus ik wacht nog geduldig af! 

Edit: Bij mij is het in mijn bestelstatus ook niet zichtbaar dat mijn bestelling is geplaatst of iets dergelijks, maar hij gaf aan dat mijn bestelling wel gewoon doorgekomen en geplaatst is. Dus mocht dit bij jou ook het geval zijn hoef je je er vooralsnog geen zorgen over te maken! 

Ik ben vanmiddag door odido gebeld dat mijn iPhone 15 pro Max titanium black 256gb vanaf morgen klaar ligt om op te halen in de winkel. :-)
